We have been stocking the wonderful Sheila Fleet for several years now. Her sea inspired jewellery was love at first sight and we've never looked back.

With a passion for her island environment Sheila Fleet creates her original designs reflecting nature's wonderful sea, sky and landscape colours. Orkney's history and folklore are also a rich medium for her inspiration.

Her designs are recognised as having a unique collectable Northern style, perhaps even Scandinavian in influence as the Orkney Islands were once linked historically and geographically. Orcadians have a strong independent feeling of their island identity. After opening her workshop in 1994 you only have to take a look in any jewellery (or gift) shop in Scotland to find her creations there. Even in the Edinburgh Whisky house she has created a special collection to represent whisky!

Attractive and unique her pieces are an eye catcher, all handmade and hand enammeled the work that goes into her jewellery is breathtaking. You can see the inspiration of her landscape in a piece. From the droplets of dew which inspired her Morning Dew collection, created with frosted enamel and clear gems - to the pebbles on the beach which inspired her Pebble Shore collection - just seeing an item takes you there. With her ever expanding collections there is a piece of jewellery for every sight you can see in Scotland.

But her creativity doesn't stop there. Sheila and her team are renowned for creating custom pieces. From engagement rings to changing the colour of enamel, you can really create your own special touch to your jewellery.

Each piece of jewellery comes boxed with design origination card. The research for each collection is shown on the collection pages in this website. All boxed jewellery includes this information. We always carry a good selection of products available for immediate dispatch.
